Black Prince Narrowboats are pleased to offer pet friendly holidays and we are pleased to welcome your first pet free of charge!
If you want to share the joy of the waterways with your furry friend, then Black Prince are pleased to welcome the family pet on your holiday.  You don’t need to worry about alternative arrangements such as kennels or the kindness of friends, just bring along your pet and they can join you on board.

Did you know?

It’s not only dogs we welcome, but other pets too.  So if you fancy bringing your cat, parrot or pet goldfish for example, then our narrowboats can probably cater for your pet friendly holiday!  We would recommend that if booking a more ‘unusual’ pet just to please give us a call on 01527 575115 to check that we can adequately cater for your requirements.

The Ts and Cs

Please choose or ask for a pet friendly boat when booking.
We ask that all pets are kept off the bedding and the seating areas and you are encouraged to bring your own pet beds, blankets, cages etc.  All pets must be properly house trained or caged as appropriate and we request that they are not left unattended.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per boat. Your first pet travels free, the second pet will be accepted at a cost of £30, payable at your hire base on arrival.
If there is any additional heavy cleaning or damage to the boat because of the pet, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for this.
