Coronavirus Update 3 April 2020
I’d like to assure all customers that Black Prince is well placed to weather the difficult times ahead and we will continue to contact all customers as new information is made available relating to your reservations. We are looking forward to providing you with a relaxing holiday once we are back running business as usual.
Holidays in April
In line with Government guidelines, we have now deferred all holidays due to start before 1 May. We are contacting all our affected customers to discuss their options.
Holidays in May
We are planning to relaunch our season on 1st May, however we are waiting for an update from the Government to understand if this will be possible. As soon as this information is clear, we will contact all holidaymakers due to travel in May.
If for any reason you are not able to take your holiday, you will be able to move your booking to later in the season or into 2021.
Our Contact Centre
Thank you to all our guests for your patience if you have been in contact with us. In line with Government guidelines, we have had to close our telephone contact centre and we now have a small team working from home. If you need to contact us with a query, please email email@example.com and include your name, booking reference and departure date in the subject. We will respond to ALL emails, but we will prioritise customers by departure date. Many thanks for your understanding at this difficult time.
Finally, on behalf of my team, I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who is on the front line in the nation’s battle against the coronavirus – whether that’s as part of the NHS or emergency services, or other kinds of essential work that keeps our country going. We are very grateful.
